We had been waiting almost 3 hours for AAA to tow our vehicle and decided to find out how much it would cost to have someone else tow it. Called Filip and he gave us what ended up being the best price but decided to hold off since AAA was supposed to be close to dispatching someone. After waiting another half hour and finding out AAA could not get to us for another two hours, called Filip back. Though his team was busy, he came out personally within 30 minutes to help us out. I gave five stars because Filip was very empathetic to our circumstances and congenial both on the phone and in-person. I would highly recommend Snoork Towing if you want helpful, friendly, and efficient service. ~ Todd M
Initially contacted Snoork Towing via Yelp to provide services from my home to repair shop of disabled Acura. Snoork Towing owner (Filip) was quick to respond & based on required tow mileage we agreed to price & pickup time. Filip arrived at the agreed time driving a very clean tilt tow vehicle. Filip was both professional & courteous and immediately offered/provided battery testing/jump in event towing could be prevented. Confirming battery was not the problem, vehicle was loaded, appropriately secured, towed & unloaded at repair facility. Snoork Towing provided friendly professional services from initial contact to their completed services. Based on my experience, Snoork Towing is easily a five-star recommendation. ~ Jose R
I got help from Garret through Snoork Towing via AAA and the service exceeded my expectations. Within minutes of submitting my request and location I got a call from Garret with his ETA, he arrived shortly after and was very friendly, professional and cheerful which I appreciated amidst the frustration of having a flat tire that also seemed to be stuck to my car. He changed the tire and put on my spare in a matter of minutes and also helped me find the hole in my tire that needed to be repaired.
