Initially contacted Snoork Towing via Yelp to provide services from my home to repair shop of disabled Acura. Snoork Towing owner (Filip) was quick to respond & based on required tow mileage we agreed to price & pickup time. Filip arrived at the agreed time driving a very clean tilt tow vehicle. Filip was both professional & courteous and immediately offered/provided battery testing/jump in event towing could be prevented. Confirming battery was not the problem, vehicle was loaded, appropriately secured, towed & unloaded at repair facility. Snoork Towing provided friendly professional services from initial contact to their completed services. Based on my experience, Snoork Towing is easily a five-star recommendation. ~ Jose R

We had been waiting almost 3 hours for AAA to tow our vehicle and decided to find out how much it would cost to have someone else tow it. Called Filip and he gave us what ended up being the best price but decided to hold off since AAA was supposed to be close to dispatching someone. After waiting another half hour and finding out AAA could not get to us for another two hours, called Filip back. Though his team was busy, he came out personally within 30 minutes to help us out. I gave five stars because Filip was very empathetic to our circumstances and congenial both on the phone and in-person. I would highly recommend Snoork Towing if you want helpful, friendly, and efficient service. ~ Todd M

I got help from Garret through Snoork Towing via AAA and the service exceeded my expectations. Within minutes of submitting my request and location I got a call from Garret with his ETA, he arrived shortly after and was very friendly, professional and cheerful which I appreciated amidst the frustration of having a flat tire that also seemed to be stuck to my car. He changed the tire and put on my spare in a matter of minutes and also helped me find the hole in my tire that needed to be repaired. Highly recommend! They were available immediately, arrived within 10 minutes (Monroe, NC area) they were very professional, price was very reasonable. The flatbed they used for my tow was like new and they took excellent car of my car! The entire process was very smooth from the emailed invoice for payment to text message to confirm my car and keys were delivered to the dealership! Great service, would definitely use again! The operator was very prompt. From the first point of contact he maintained excellent communication. He allowed me to track his route to my location. Once he arrived in his brand new flat bed he got right to work. He was very respectful with my collector car and I felt confident in his abilities. The car was well secured. This has been the fastest and most efficient roadside assistance I have experienced. From the time I called to the point they arrived was about 25 minutes. We were heading to our final client of the night when we noticed the tire was flat. We were concerned about timely arrival for roadside assistance but thanks to this AWESOME service we were quickly on our way to finish up for the night. I am so grateful to Snoork Towing . They came after I had been waiting for another company for over 2 hours then decided they couldn't service me any longer. I was so shocked and had to pee! I had to leave my car and walked about a mile each way off the busy highway. After Snoork was reassigned to me Nic came in about 25-35 minutes. He was very polite and helpful. Awesome service. Needed to have my car towed over 20 miles to dealership. They were able to come right out to get my car. Fast service, friendly, very professional, clean and well maintained truck and trailer, very reasonable price. Even the service advisor at the dealership mentioned how he wasn’t your “typical” tow truck driver, he was friendly and careful with what he was doing. Wow! Professional! Quick to the rescue! Philip was super nice and smiled in the rain! I had been trying to get a Tow from another company since the night before. Towing your vehicle is a service you never plan for, but if you were Snoork is the best. After calling 5 companies, Snork was the only one that was able to provide same day services. As a matter of fact, the dispatched a truck and picked up my car within 15 minutes. Furthermore, they sent me texts and pics of every step of the process.dispatch, pick up, and drop off. This is my second time using Snoork Towing, I put them in my contacts after meeting Domonic and each time it was a pleasure. Phillip was very attentive to my vehicle needs and eased my fears. He kept me in the loop of my vehicle movement. I had Domonic(spelled wrong) both times. He too was in contact with me while towing my BMW with care. This is our second time having to use this towing company. The first experience was great. As for this second time, The driver came out of his way to get my vehicle and had amazing customer service. I was really in a bind with another local towing company after a car accident and the company the city uses was super unprofessional. I’m so glad I remembered about Snook and gave them a call. I am a working mom if three children. Things happend. I usually have to wait a long a daunting time before a service vehicle arrives to my aid but Dante showed up literally within minutes of my call. I was told he would arrive by 9am and he was there before 830am. He came before my kids bus arrived and I was able to make it to work. Dante's timely arrival made my mistake of locking my keys in my vehicle feel like I was supported and not punished. ~ Ebony C

DeMario was great. He had nothing to work with. His air tank was brokenso he could not inflate the tire. His jack was broken. He was not supplied with proper tools to work He used my jack. He was very careful and replaced everything he used It is inexcusable to expect him to do a good job but he was excellent. Cannot believe AAA would approve of this type of service. I have used AAA many times and never had someone come in his personal vehicle with no proper equipment to do the job ~ Libby B

Called AAA because my car would not start. Soon after I received a call from Dante saying he was on his way. He even texted after to give me an update on his arrival. He jumped my battery, gave me some tips, and I was on my way. He mentioned what the problem could be and said I could go to Auto Zone and they would check my battery for free rather than going to a garage where they would charge for a diagnostic check. Brendan G. Was dispatch shortly after I contacted Snoork Towing. The dispatcher gave me an estimated time for Brendan to get to my location. The estimated time was less than an hour. Brendan arrive sooner that estimated. He got the flat off the car and the spare on much faster then expected. I hit a car and busted my tire. Dante came to save the day. He was prompt, called to let me know his ETA, and his service was the best I’ve had from roadside assistance. He also educated me on how li g I should use my spare and the speed that I could ride on it. No one ever did that for me before. He even tried to make me feel better for busting my tire. These guys replaced a blown out tire on my boat trailer with the boat in tow. They then towed my boat the last 25 minutes to its final destination. Gave me a GREAT price and then continued to provide good advice about replacing remaining three (about to blow) tires. They could have run up a big bill on me, but had they integrity to help me instead. They will be safely saved in my phone for next time! THANKS SNOORK! ~ David H

We're Premier AAA members. We had a flat and AAA dispatched Dante. He called us right away to provide his ETA and arrived quickly. He knew the eccentricities of this European car and in no time checked the pressure in and inspected the spare. He identified a couple of possible scorces of the leak in the flat tire and I presume would have repaired them but I had already made arrangements for this. Met Mr. Snoork briefly off Hwy 74 in my husband’s broken down Chevy Silverado. Snoork went out of his way to come help us. Due to the lift and mud tire width in the Chevy, it was unable to fit on his flatbed. He still went out of his way to wench us off the highway and to a parking lot. He did this as a good samaritan and had a smile on his face the whole time. ~ C K

Carlo came out and changed a slow-leaking tire for my full size spare. As someone who is recovering from multiple knee surgeries, with limited mobility...this service through AAA was extremely helpful. Carlo did everything that was expected of him, and more(tire was blocked up to reduce weight, he unblocked it for me). Glad AAA sent a good tire changer, as it can be iffy sometimes. ~ Mark R
